甘蔗实生苗育苗和移栽的两点尝试

(1)比较腐熟甘蔗滤泥与腐熟厩肥作为甘蔗实生苗育苗基质,2年的试验结果表明,甘蔗实生苗出苗时间、株高、出苗数、根鲜重及移栽成活率均无差异。用滤泥代替厩肥方便省钱,可作为甘蔗实生苗育苗基质。(2)对甘蔗实生苗大田移栽进行地膜覆盖,与传统移栽(不盖膜)相比较,甘蔗实生苗前期生长速度快,分蘖早且多,入选后代有效茎多、主茎长、入选率高。甘蔗实生苗大田移栽进行地膜覆盖较传统做法有较大优势。

The experiment of sugarcane seedling culture and transplantation

1.Two-year trials were carried out to compare rotted sugar cane filter mud with rotted manure as the ground substance for sugarcane seedling culture. The experimental results showed that there were not only difference in seedling germination time and number, height, fresh weight of root and survival ratio of transplantation but also convenience and economization. It is feasible to use sugar cane filter mud as a substitute for seedling culture. 2. Comparing the traditional planting practice for sugarcane seedling with covering with plastic film, the later showed that the seedling grew faster at early stage, and got more tillers, more millable stalks and higher selected ratio. There is advantage in seedling transplantation with plastic film covering.
