摘    要:采用相同激素浓度组成的培养基,在培养条件一致的情况下,对本研究室保存的种质资源中七个材料的冬芽进行了比较培养试验,从中筛选出生长、增殖、生根效果好且不易感染的材料贵毛十九,这为以后桑树快繁,转基因等以组培为手段的研究奠定了基础。

Abstract:The winter buds of 7 varieties of mulberry preserved by the Key Sericultural Laboratory of the Ministry of Agriculture, Southwest Agricultural University were used as explants and cultured under the same conditions so as to investigate the difference among them in their growth, multiplication, rooting and infection resistance. As a result, Guimao 19 turned out to be the best of the varieties studied, thus laying a good foundation for future rapid propagation of mulberry plants and transgenic studies involving the technology of tissue culture.
