摘    要:探索了培养料中不同棉籽含量、转基因棉籽和非转基因棉籽对平菇生长的影响,结果发现:培养料中棉籽含量超过20%,就会影响平菇的常年栽培;超过40%,会导致不出菇;超过70%,会导致茵丝体不生长。棉籽含量超过30%的培养料,会出现氨味和臭味,且菌丝难以在菌棒内部生长;低于30%的培养料,随着棉籽含量的增加,前期茵丝的生长速度减慢,但不影响菌丝满袋时间、菇蕾形成时间。培养料中含有不同品种转基因棉籽、非转基因棉籽,不影响菌丝长势、菌丝满袋时间。

Abstract:In this paper,the effect of transgenic and non-transgenic cotton seed material and its content to the growth of Pleurotus ostreatus was studied,The results evidenced:If the content of cotton seed material in cultural medium was more than 20%,Pleurotus ostreatus could not grow normally all the year;more than 40%,could not develop the fruit-body;more than 70%,could not form mycelia.When the content is more than 30%,there would be amine and offensive smells in cultural medium,and the mycelia could not grow in the cultural medium.When the content is less than 30%,with the increase of the content,the spread of mycelia will be slow at the preceding stage of the culture,but there was no effect to the times of mycelia spread on the whole surface of the cultural medium and the formation of the buds of fruit-body.Different transgenic and non-transgenic cotton seed materials in cultural medium did not affect the growth of the mycelia and the time of mycelia spread on the whole surface of the cultural medium.
