| 摘 要： | 对海南岛12个县市胡椒产区的27个胡椒病原根结线虫种群进行了纯化培养，运用形态学、同工酶技术及mtDNA扩增技术进行了种类鉴定，结果发现27个纯培养种群中有26个是南方根结线虫，1个是花生根结线虫，南方根结线虫占了96.3％。

| Abstract: | Twenty-seven Meloidogyne populations on pepper were collected and purified in Hainan.The advanced methods based on morphology,isoenzyme technology and mtDNA marker were applied for species identification.The results showed that 26 root-knot nematode populations were M.incognita and one was M.arenaria.M.incognita was the dominant,accounting for 96.3% of all of the populations. |
