| Abstract: | In accordance with the favourable situation and some problems in the hot pepper industry development of China since the 1990s,this paper puts forward the developmental strategy,that is,innovating on hot pepper varieties and optimizing varietal structure and distribution,making multipurpose uses and promoting deep processing,and practising standard management and upgrading hot pepper industrialization,in order to ensure the continued development of the hot pepper industry in China. |
