| Abstract: | During the construction of industrial raw material forest bases in the southern collective forest area,there are many risk factors such as natural disasters,macroscopical policies,woodland resources,forest management,financing,relationships between communities,etc.After analyzing and evaluating the risk factors,this paper puts forward some idiographic precaution measures. |
