摘    要:研究了岷山红三叶抗病单株扦插1代中不同抗病性植株接种白粉病后的生理生化特性.结果表明,免疫植株超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性最高,是高感植株的2.75倍,随着抗病性减弱,SOD活性逐渐降低;随着抗病性减弱过氧化物酶(POD)和L-苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性逐渐降低,但降幅比较缓和,免疫植株活性是高感植株的1.13和1....

Abstract:The physiological and biochemical indexes of Minshan red clover for powdery mildew resistance were studied in this paper.The results showed that immunity plant have the highest SOD activity,which was 2.75 times higher than high sensitive plant.With the resistance decreasing,SOD activity decreased gradually.POD and PAL activity decreased with the resistance decreasing,the immunity plant was 1.13 and 1.32 times higher than high sensitive plant.As the resistance decreased,soluble sugar,MDA,Pro,Chlorophyll a an...
