摘    要:以浚单20、郑单958、桥玉8号、德美亚3号、农华101共5个不同熟期的玉米单交种为材料,利用探针式水分测定仪测量子粒+苞叶、子粒的水分含量,采用传统的烘干法对子粒、穗轴、苞叶的含水量进行测定,将二者的结果进行比较、回归分析,建立计算玉米子粒真实水分读数的数学模型:y=95.709-2.29x+0.02x2(R2=0.774),优化利用探针式水分测定仪进行子粒含水量测定的方法。早熟品种德美亚3号虽然脱水速率无明显优势,但后期站秆、脱水时间长,收获时含水量明显较低。

Abstract:Five hybrids with different maturity periods were used to measure the moisture reading of husk + kernel, kernel by hand-held moisture meter. By comparing the data of moisture content which was measured by oven method with the moisture readings, therefor established a standard curve to predict the true moisture content of the kernel, and optimized the method of measuring the kernel moisture by hand-held moisture meter. Though there was no significant advantage in dehydration rate, the early-maturing variety Demeiya No.3 had low water content in the harvest stage, mainly because of the long stalk-standing and dehydration period.
