玉米自交系适机收相关性状配合力分析

摘    要:以9个玉米自交系及配制的36个杂交组合为试验材料,对宜机收性状进行配合力分析。结果表明,综合性状表现较好的自交系有沈农60023、沈农60368和沈农60018;表现较好的杂交组合是沈农60023×沈农60197、沈农60023×沈农60368、沈农60023×沈农50005、沈农60197×沈农50005、沈农60197×沈农60368和沈农60368×沈农50005。与机收相关的性状如株高、穗位高、雄穗分枝和收获时含水量受基因加性效应控制,茎粗受基因加性和基因非加性效应共同控制,子粒深度受基因非加性效应控制。

Abstract:Nine maize inbred lines of their mixture of 36 double crosses were used as the test material to study the combing ability for traits related to appropriate mechanical harvesting. The results showed that, Shennong60023, Shennong60368, Shennong60018 had excellent comprehensive characters. Good crosses combinations:Shennong60023×Shennong60197, Shennong60023×Shennong60368, Shennong60023×Shennong50005, Shennong60197×Shennong50005, Shennong 60197×Shennong60368, Shennong 60368×Shennong50005; plant height, height of ear position, tassel branch, grain moisture at physical maturity were influenced additive effect, stem diameter was influenced by both additive effect and non-additive effect, grain depth was influenced by non-additive effect.
