施肥对黑土玉米田土壤中纤维素分解菌数量的影响

摘    要:利用长期定位试验和室内分析相结合的方法,对玉米不同生育期内表层土壤(0~20 cm)和亚表层土壤(21~40 cm)中纤维素分解菌数量以及好气和嫌气性纤维素分解菌数量进行分析测定。结果表明,在玉米生长的同一时期,不同施肥方式下(除休闲处理),表层和亚表层土壤的纤维素分解菌数量和好气性纤维素分解菌数量表现出类似的规律性,即有机无机肥料配施处理单施化肥处理不施肥处理;对于土壤嫌气性纤维素分解菌数量,不同施肥方式对表层土壤没有明显的规律性,亚表层土壤中除拔节期外为有机无机肥料配施处理单施化肥处理不施肥处理。休闲处理的微生物数量均大于不施肥处理。

Abstract:Combined with long-term experiment and laboratory analysis, corn surface soil (0-20 cm) and subsurface soil (20-40 cm) in the number of cellulolytic bacteria and aerobic, anaerobic cellulose decomposing microorganisms were studied at the different stages. The results showed that, in the same period of corn growth under different fertilization treatments(except fallow treatment), surface and subsurface soil cellulolytic microorganisms and aerobic cellulose decomposing microorganisms showed similar regularity, namely the combination of organic and inorganic fertilizers > chemical fertilizer > no fertilizer. Soil anaerobic cellulose decomposing microorganisms, fertilization has no apparent regularity of surface soil and subsurface soil in jointing stage for organic and inorganic fertilizer > chemical fertilizer > no fertilizer. The number of the microorganisms by the fallow treatments was higher than no fertilization.
