摘要:通过测定7个云南松种群4年生苗木光合响应特征曲线及光合日进程,揭示种群间光合特性的差异以及影响云南松光合作用的主要环境因子。结果表明:利用非直角双曲线模型可以较好的拟合光响应曲线和CO2响应曲线,并且得出一些响应特征参数。云南松各种群的净光合速率(Pn)均随光合有效辐射(PAR)和CO2浓度的增加而增大,在CO2饱和时的最大净光合速率(Pmax)比光饱和时的Pmax增加44.50%~130.41%。云南松各种群的Pn日变化呈单峰型曲线,没有明显的光抑制现象和光合“午休”现象,气孔导度(Gs)和蒸腾速率(Tr)的日变化趋势与Pn相似,胞间CO2浓度(Ci)的日变化则与其相反。在旱季,PAR、水汽压亏缺(VPD)、空气湿度(RH)和温度(ta)是影响云南松光合作用的主要环境因子。

Abstract:The response characteristics curve and diurnal course of photosynthesis were compared for 4-year-old seedlings of Pinus yunnanensis populations to reveal the difference of photosynthetic characteristics and the major environment influencing factors of photosynthesis. The results showed that the imitative effect of the light response curve and CO2 response curve were fitted by non-rectangle hyperbola model, and some response characteristic parameters were calculated. The net photosynthetic rate (Pn) increased with the increasing of the photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) and CO2 concentrations among P.yunnanensis populations. The maximum net photosynthetic rate (Pmax) increased by 44.50%-130.41% under CO2 saturation when compared with light saturation. The diurnal change of Pn appeared a single-peak curve, and had no obvious photoinhibition phenomenon and ′midday depression′ phenomenon. The diurnal changes trend of stomatal conductance (Gs) and transpiration (Tr) were similar with that of Pn, but intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) was reverse. PAR, vapor pressure deficit (VPD), air humidity (RH) and air temperature (ta) were the major environment factors influencing photosynthesis of P.yunnanensis on dry season.
