| 摘 要： | 以一种改进型7缸斜盘式变排量压缩机为例，从结构和运动关系着手，建立了压缩机的数学模型。利用数学模型分析了影响压缩机排量的主要因素，并结合排量的控制机构－控制阀，阐述了压缩机在车辆空调系统负荷变化时的排量调节机理，为车辆空调整体流量控制的进一步研究提供了参考。

| Abstract: | A wobble plate variable displacement compressor is widely used in vehicle air conditioning systems, which can adjust its displacement to the variable cooling load. In order to investigate the control mechanism, an improved 7 piston wobble plate compressor was studied. According to the information of compressor structure and movement relationship, a mathematical model was built to estimate the effect of relevant parameters on variable displacement. The adjusting function of displacement was illustrated by analysis of the control valve. |
