泻痢康对鸡红细胞免疫功能的影响

采用 E- 3b R花环试验 ,E- IC花环试验对饲喂 0 .5 %泻痢康 2 0 d的实验鸡和对照鸡的红细胞的免疫功能进行检测。结果发现 ,试验组和对照组鸡红细胞 C3b R致敏酵母花环率分别为 ( 4 .91± 1 .85 )与 ( 4 .31± 0 .6 4 ) ;试验组和对照组鸡红细胞未致敏酵母花环率分别为 ( 1 6 .5 0± 4.5 6 )与 ( 7.2 6± 2 .6 1 )。试验结果表明使用泻痢康饲喂鸡 ,不仅可有效地减少鸡下痢 ,而且可使鸡红细胞 C3b受体花环率增高 ,增强红细胞的免疫功能。

Effects of Xie Likang on the Chicken Red Blood Cell Immune Functions

E-C3bR rosette test and E-IC rosette test were used to check the red blood cell immune functions of two groups of chicken.One group was bred by 0.5% Xie Likang for 20 days and the other group was normal group.The results showed that the active yeast-rosette rates of red blood cell C3bR of the group tested and the normal group were(4.91±1.85) and (4.31±0.69) respectively,and inactive yeast-rosette rates of red blood cell were (16.50±4.50) and (7 .26±2.6) ,respectively.The results also demonstrated that breeding chickens by X ie Likang not only reduced chickens dysentery effectively,but also increased the yeast-rosette rate of red blood cell C3bR of chickens and the immune functions of chicken’s red blood cell.
