阻燃处理马尾松的热动力学分析

摘    要:将硼酸、硼砂混合制成均匀的阻燃剂,并以脲醛预缩液为载体,采用动态热重法来分析马尾松木材阻燃处理前后的热动力学特性。经定性与定量分析,结果表明,该阻燃体系能使松木的热解温度降低;平均热解失重率降低、失重过程变缓;产炭量增加,在炭化阶段的失重减少。

Abstract:The even fire retardant was made from mixture of borax and boric acid with UF prepolymer as carrier. By analyzing thermodynamics characteristic of Masson's Pine ( Pinus massoniana) wood before and after fire retardant treatment, the results showed that this fire retardant system could reduce temperature of pyrolysis of treated P. massoniana and average rate of wood weight loss in pyrolysis process, and increase char quantity produced and reduce the weight loss in charring stage.
