培养三倍体柑桔植株的研究

摘    要:以柑桔异源四倍体体细胞杂种哈姆林甜橙(CitrussinensisOsbeckcv.Hamlinsweetorange)+粗柠檬(C.jambhiriLush cv.Rough lemon)]为父本与单胚的二倍体柑桔类型宜昌橙(C.ichangensisSwingle)与华农本地早(C.reticulataBlancocv.Huanongbendizao)的杂交后代]杂交,通过幼胚早期离体培养,获得了113株再生植株,其中89%为三倍体,并初步筛选出了适宜的幼胚离体培养时间为授粉后80d。

Abstract:113 Plantlets were obtained from the cross between allotetraploid somatic hybrid Hamlin (Citrus sinensis Osbeck) +Rough lemon (C. jambhiri Lush)] (as pollen parent )and mono-embryonic diploid citrus typeIchang Papeda (C. ichangensis Swingle) × Huanong bendizao (C. reticulata Blanco)], 89% among them were triploid. It was found that the optimum period for young embryo culture in vitro was 80 days after pollination.
