摘    要:针对灌区水利信息化建设的需要,在充分调研和系统分析的基础上,利用Visual Basic6.0与Spermap Objects集成进行GIS的二次开发,初步研发了宝鸡峡灌区水资源管理信息系统.系统采用模块化设计方式,很好地解决了空间与非空间数据的管理,并采用COM组件技术实现农业供需水预测及平衡分析模型与系统的集成.本研究为灌区水资源的管理利用提供了一套行之有效的管理系统,同时也为合理配水提供了依据.

Abstract:To satisfy the need of construction of informationized water conservancy in irrigation districts,and on the basis of sufficient investigation and systematic analysis,this paper made further development of GIS based on the integration of Visual Basic 6.0 and Supermap Objects technique.The management system of water resources was preliminarily developed.The system adopted modularization design method,which actualized the management of spatial data and non-spatial data efficiently.Besides,COM model technique was also adopted to actualize the integration of the system and model of prediction and supply-demand of agricultural water.The study not only offered an effective management system for management and utilization of water resource,but aslo provided foundation for reasonable water allocation in irrigation districts.
