摘    要:以不同种源膏桐实生盆栽幼苗为试验材料,研究其在自然干旱胁迫下水分饱和亏缺、质膜 相对透性、丙二醛含量、叶绿素含量、脯氨酸含量和可溶性糖含量的变化。结果表明,随着干旱胁迫 时间的延长,红河、永涛和元阳3个种源膏桐的叶绿素含量逐渐缓慢降低,至胁迫末期,分别为对照 的76.85%、53.61%和45.66%;饱和水分亏缺、质膜相对透性、丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量和可溶性 糖含量呈上升趋势,其中后3个指标的增幅明显,至胁迫末期,分别为对照的465.19%、429.98% 和554.85%,615.22%、627.33%和786.25%, 232.00%、305.13%和294.74%。综合分析认为,3 个种源膏桐的抗旱能力由强到弱依次为:红河、永涛、元阳。

Abstract:The potted seedlings of Jatropha curcas from three provenances,Honghe, Yongtao, and Yuanˉ yang, were used as experimental materials to test the physiological variations under artificial drought stress. The results were as follows. The contents of chlorophyll declined slowly during the arid stress peˉ riod and reached their minimum contents at the end of stress the32 th day,auounting for76.85%,53.61% and 45.66% respectively compared with their control. At the same time, water saturation deficit, cyˉ tomembrane permeability, the content of malondialdehyde, proline and soluble sugar all remarkable inˉ creased. The contents MDA from three provenances accounted for465.19%、429.98% and 554.85%reˉ spectively compared with the control at the end of water stress.Proline contents in the seeding from three provenances accounted for615.22%、627.33% and 786.25%, rcspectively compared with the control,and for the contents of soluble sugar accounted for 232.00%、305.13% and 294.74%respctively. Through comprehensive assessment on six physiological indices of the seedlings froms three provenance. Honghe seedlings showed the highest drought resistant ability, then Yongtao, Yuanyang the last.
