濒危植物夏蜡梅叶片次生代谢产物含量的动态分析

摘    要:
为探讨濒危植物夏蜡梅叶片次生代谢产物积累的一般规律,对自然条件下夏蜡梅叶片不同 生长时期的生物碱、皂苷、游离蒽醌等3类次生代谢产物含量进行了测定与分析。结果表明,夏蜡 梅叶片3类次生代谢产物含量随季节的不同而有差异。3类次生代谢产物总含量、皂苷含量、游离 蒽醌含量的变化曲线均为“双峰型”,其中,3类次生代谢产物总含量、皂苷含量在5月和9月出现2 个峰值,游离蒽醌的含量在6月和9月出现2个峰值;生物碱含量的变化曲线总体趋势逐渐下降, 以5月最高,10月最低。

Abstract:
To explore the general law of the accumulation of secondary metabolites in the leaves of an endanˉ gered plant Sinocalycanthus chinensis,the contents of three secondary metabolites, such as alkaloids, sapˉ onin and dissociated emodin in the leaves of S. chinensis at different growth periods were determined and analyzed under natural conditions. The results showed as follows: the contents of three secondary metaboˉ lites changed with seasons in the leaves of S. chinensis.The change curves of the total content of three secondary metabolites, the content of saponin and the content of dissociated emodin were two peaks type. The two maximum values of the total content of three secondary metabolites and saponin were reached in May and September, while the two maximum values of dissociated emodin were reached in June and Sepˉ tember. On the whole, the trend of the content of alkaloid was declined gradually, it was the highest in May and the lowest in October.
