摘    要:为了使出土木材化学结构和化学成分不受破坏降解,该研究选用傅立叶变换红外 光谱法 (FTIR)对出土木材的化学结构和化学成分进行了分析。结果表明,出土木材在长期的 地下水浸环 境下降解严重,部分纤维素大分子链因降解而断裂形成了低分子链,同时纤维素结晶结 构也遭到了 破坏,使出土木材抗拉、抗弯及冲击韧性等强度大大降低;半纤维素几乎全部被降解而流 失掉;木质 素降解很少,但部分醚键连接的空间网状结构遭到了破坏,苯环结构单元中部分侧链中 含有C=O 共轭羰基的结构也发生了改变。

Abstract:A nondestructive analysis was carried out on the chemical s tructure and components of waterˉ logged archaeological wood(paulownia spp.)by fourier transform infrar ed spectroscopy(FTIR). The reˉ sults showed that waterlogged archaeological wood degraded heavily in water and underground for a long period of time.Some cellulose degraded to form short cellulose mol ecular rings,and the crystal structure of the cellulose was also destroyed,so the tensile strength,string s trength and fragile ability of waterlogged archaeological wood decreased drastically.Almost all hemicellulose m olecules underwent degradation.Ligˉ nin degraded a little, but some spatial network structures of ligni n formed by ether bonds destroyed and conjugated carbonyl groups in side rings of aromatic units also c hanged.
