园林设计与场所精神———以中国运河之都（济宁）广场设计为例

园林设计的设计过程是设计师与场地之间反复对话交流的过程。设计师需要对场 地深层 次的观察和理解才能把握其中抽象的场所精神。场所精神在园林设计过程中由3个层面的 组成: 自然特征、历史文化特性、区位解析特性。在运河之都广场设计中这3个层面以不同的方 式叠加后 形成了完整的方案。

Landscape Architecture and Spirit of Place

The procedure of landscape architecture planning is a redupli cate dialogue between a planner and the site. The planner needs deepˉseated observations and understandin g on the site to grasp the abstract spirit of place. In the procedure of landscape architecture， the s pirit of site consists of three layers:natural historical;and cultural， and location characters.In the design of th e Capital of Canal Plaza; the three layˉ ers superposed each other and composed the whole project with diverse f orms.
