| Abstract: | Depending on the different scaling of study object， biomass models are divided into single tree biˉ omass model and largeˉscale forest biomass model. Both development and status were presented separateˉ ly， and some problems of biomass model were pointed out. Furthermore， the research tendency of biomass models which are applied in forestry was discussed. |
