三唑酮对小麦条锈病治疗作用的研究

三唑酮对小麦条锈病的治疗作用很强,潜育期施药能中断侵染,铲除叶片内菌丝体,在显症和产孢以后施药,已产生的孢子堆不开裂,变色枯死,周围叶肉组织褐变死亡。下位叶片施药后有明显的上位输导和治疗作用。施药时期、用药量和环境温度影响治疗作用的强度。温室盆栽试验、田间小区试验和大田防治试验都证明治疗性施药有较高的防治效果和保产效果。初步认为,大田施药时平均严重度应不高于10％,用药量5～20g/亩。

Studies on the Curative Activity of Triadimefon Against Stripe Rust of Wheat

Triadimefon was seen to have strlong curative activity against stripe rust of wheat. Rust colonies were eradi cated by Triadimefon treatment in incubation period. Rust pustules could not burst and turned blackish-brown with necrotic margins, the further spread of existing infection was arrested ' when sprays were applied after symptom expression and pustule formation.A good curative action on upper leaves was detected following Triadimefon application on lower leaves. The timing of application, active ingredient concentration and environment temperature gave important effects on its curative activity, plot experiments and field sprays demostrated that curative application of Triadimefon was practical, economical and efficient and it was recommended that the application timing was not later than 10% of average severity and the efficient dosage was 5-20g per mu.
