摘 要: | [目的]探索豆腐柴总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。[方法]在超声辅助和单因素试验基础上,采用三因素三水平正交试验优化得到豆腐柴总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。[结果]豆腐柴总黄酮最佳提取工艺为∶液料比为40∶1(m L/g),乙醇体积分数为70%,超声温度为70℃,提取时间为30 min。在此条件下,豆腐柴总黄酮提取率为83.1 mg/g。[结论]正交试验优化超声提取工艺能够显著提高豆腐柴总黄酮的提取率。

Optimizing the Ultrasound-assisted Extraction Techniques for Total Flavonoids from Premna microphylla Turcz by Orthogonal Test |

Abstract: | Objective] To optimize the extraction techniques using for extracting total flavonoids from Premna microphylla Turcz.[Method] On the basis of ultrasound assisted and single factor test ,the optimal extraction technique was obtained through three factors and three levels orthogo-nal test.[ Result] The optimal extraction conditions were obtained as following:using 70% ethanol with a solid/liquid ratio of 40∶1 mL/g and extraction at 70℃for 30 min.Under the above conditions,83.1 mg/g flavonoids could be extracted from Premna microphylla.[Conclusion] The orthogonal test optimal ultrasound-assisted extraction technique can significantly improve the yield of total flavonoids from Premna microphylla. |
