紫外线对枯草芽孢杆菌生产菌株的诱变与筛选

枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)是一种革兰氏阳性菌,具有种类多、分泌蛋白能力强、安全性好等优点,是一种重要工业酶和工业制剂的菌种,被广泛应用于医药、食品、农业、饲料、造纸和纺织等多种领域。为了进一步提高枯草芽孢杆菌的发酵能力,采用紫外线照射的方法诱导筛选高产菌株。对通过紫外线诱导提高枯草芽孢杆菌产淀粉酶、蛋白酶、α-乙酰乳酸脱羧酶(α-acetolactate decarboxylase,简称α-ALDC)、3-羟基丁酮(Acetoin)和葡萄糖-1-磷酸(Glucose-1-phosphate,简称G-1-P)能力的条件进行了比较。
