以浙江省玉环县为例,提出沿海地区畜禽养殖业污染防治的管理措施和技术措施:确定了治理近岸海域污染先治理陆源污染的理念;建立海陆统筹、多部门齐抓共管的联动机制;利用滩涂和水体资源发展生态循环型立体化的养殖业;推进规模化畜禽养殖的全过程治理,推广畜禽养殖场清洁生产技术。

Polluiton Prevention Strategy for Livestock Indus try in Coastal Areas-A Case Study of Yuhuan County in Zhejiang Province

With Yuanhuan County in Zhejiang Province as an example, pollution control management and technical measures for livestock and poultry breeding industry were put forward including: to confirm the priority of the control of the land-based sources of pollution; To establish linkage mechanism between sea and land, and to make relevant departments cooperate;To develop and utilize tidal flats and water resources, and to develop ecological circular three-dimensional cultivation; To promote the whole process control of large-scale livestock and poultry breeding industry, and encourage and extend cleaner production technology in livestock and poultry farms .
