一次性餐具使用与认知情况调查及对策

一次性餐具伴随快餐文化走进人们日常生活,它带来便捷的同时也带来环境污染以及健康隐患等问题。以四川省泸州市在校医学院校大学生、非医学院校大学生和社会人士为调查对象,采用发放纸质以及电子档调查问卷形式,调查泸州市一次性餐具的使用以及对一次性餐具的相关认知情况,分析一次性餐具风靡的原因和影响一次性餐具使用的因素,指出增强人们的健康意识能有效减少一次性餐具特别是劣质一次性餐具的使用量,最后从个人、学校、社会3个方面提出减少一次性餐具使用的建议和措施。

Investigation and Countermeasures on the Use of Disposable Tableware and Cognition

Disposable tableware coming into people's daily life with fast food culture, it makes lifestyle convenient, meanwhile, it also brings en-vironmental pollution, health risks and other issues.With full-time medical, non-medical college students and social public in Luzhou City Si-chuan Province as the target of investigation, adopting the way of paper questionnaire and electronic document , the research not only focuses on the situation of the use and cognition of the disposable tableware but also the reason that makes disposable tableware so popular and the phenome-non urging people to use it.It was pointed out that the enhancement of people's health awareness can effectively reduce the use of disposable ta-bleware, especially those inferior once.Finally, advices and measures of decrease using the disposable tableware at the individual , scholastic and social level were proposed.
