摘 要: | [目的]分析东北红豆杉在引种地新疆石河子的抗寒性。[方法]通过5个低温处理试验,测定叶片叶绿素含量、丙二醛(MDA)、游离脯氨酸(Pro)、超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性、质膜透性、可溶性糖(SS)指标。[结果]随着温度降低,东北红豆杉叶片内叶绿素含量和SOD活性依次降低,而质膜透性、Pro、MDA和SS含量递增。[结论]东北红豆杉对-30℃低温具有较好的抗逆性。

Abstract: | Objective] To analyze the cold resistance of Taxus cuspidate Sieb. et Zucc. in Shihezi City of Xinjiang Province. [Method] Five low-temperature treatments were designed to test the leaf chlorophyll content, MDA content, free proline content, SOD activity, membrane per-meability and soluble sugar content. [Result] With the decrease of temperature, the chlorophyll content and SOD activity in T. cuspidate leaves reduced, but membrane permeability, free proline, MDA content and soluble sugar content enhanced. [Conclusion] T. cuspidate has relatively good cold resistance to -30 ℃ low temperature. |
