川半夏块茎产量性状的相关和通径分析

摘    要:目的]研究川半夏主要农艺性状及与块茎产量间的相关关系,为川半夏育种和高产栽培提供理论依据。方法]对来自四川各地的22份半夏资源的产量性状进行相关和通径分析,并进行统计分析。结果]13个主要农艺性状对块茎产量影响的顺序从大到小依次为增殖率、中粒单粒重、中粒直径、小粒单粒重、小粒直径、大粒直径、大粒单粒重、单株叶重、大粒率、增产率、小粒率、株高、中粒率。逐步回归分析表明,大粒直径、大粒单粒重、中粒单粒重、小粒单粒重、中粒率、小粒率及增殖率是影响半夏单株块茎产量的主要因素。单株增殖率对块茎产量的直接效应最大,其次为小粒率和大粒单粒重。结论]单株增殖率和小粒率是川半夏品种选育的主要目标性状和高产栽培的主攻方向。半夏高产株型应是单株增殖率高、大块茎多、小块茎少、中块茎适中者。

Correlation of the Characters Related to Tuber Yield of Pinellia ternata from Sichuan and Its Path Analysis
Abstract:Objective] The relationship between main agronomic characters and tuber yield per Pinellia ternata plant from Sichuan, respective-ly, was analyzed and the theoretical basis and reference for its breeding and high-yielding cultivation were providd. Method] The correlation and path analysis on characters related to tuber yield of 22 species of P. ternata from Sichuan were conducted. Result] The order of the factor affecting the tuber yield was proliferation rate per plant>single grain weight of middle tuber>diameter of middle tuber>single grain weight of big tuber>diameter of small tuber>diameter of big tuber>single grain weight of big tuber>leaf weight per plant>big tuber ratio>yield in-crease rate>small tuber ratio>plant height>middle tuber ratio. The multiple regression analysis showed that the diameter of big tuber, single grain weight of big tuber, single grain weight of middle tuber, single grain weight of small tuber, middle tuber ratio, small tuber ratio and prolif-eration rate were the main factors affecting tuber yield. The direct effect of the proliferation rate per plant on yield was the strongest, followed by small tuber ratio and single grain weight of big tuber. Conclusion] The main target in process of high-yielding breeding and cultivation of P. ternata from Sichuan is proliferation rate per plant and small tuber ratio. The plant type of higher tuber yield of P. ternata species should have higher proliferation rate per plant, more big tubers, less small tubers and moderate middle tubers height.
