摘    要:目的]研究紫薇品种与狭瓣紫薇的花粉活力及柱头可授性。方法]观察紫薇品种和狭瓣紫薇的花粉萌发率,并用联苯胺-过氧化氢法测定了柱头可授性。结果]紫薇品种和狭瓣紫薇的花粉在加有120 g/L蔗糖或100 g/L PEG的培养基中培养24 h左右萌发率最高,随后萌发率开始下降。将花粉保存在低温下,可以延长花粉的寿命。开花后8~10 h狭瓣紫薇的柱头可授性明显上升,用0.3 mg/L NAA或0.3 mg/L 6-BA对柱头进行处理可以提高柱头可授性。结论]该研究为提高紫薇属远缘杂交效率和选育优质芳香紫薇新品种提供了理论依据和技术支持。

Abstract:Objective]The pollen viability and stigma receptivity of Lagerstroemia indica L. and L. stenopetala Chun were researched. Method] The germination rate of plantlet form pollen culturing in vitro was observed and with the receptivity of stigma was estimated with the method of benzidine-hydrogen peroxide. Result] The highest pollen germination rate was in the condition:MS medium with 120 g/L sucrose and 100 g/L PEG and the culture time was about 24 h,and then,it would be declining gradually. The pollen lifespan could be extended while the pollens were stored under the condition of low temperature. The receptivity of stigma of L. stenopetala Chun significantly increased was in 8-10 hours after its flowering and the receptivity of its stigma was improved after treatment of 0. 3 mg/L NAA or 0. 3 mg/L 6-BA. Conclusion] The theoretical basis and technical support for the high-efficiency variety-breeding and distant hybridization of L. indica L. are provided through the experiment.
