| 摘 要： | 目的]观察2种甾体抗原对甘肃高山细毛羊排卵数的作用。方法]在甘肃省张掖市肃南县和武威市天祝县,用2种甾体抗原免疫甘肃高山细毛羊,研究2种甾体抗原对甘肃高山细毛羊繁殖率的影响。结果]肃南县试验点,试验组甘肃高山细毛羊的排卵率为168.00%,对照组排卵率为108.62%,试验组比对照组排卵率提高59.38%,差异极显著(P0.01)。天祝县试验点,试验Ⅰ组排卵率为158.97%,对照组排卵率为103.92%,试验Ⅰ组比对照组排卵率提高55.05%,差异极显著(P0.01)。试验Ⅱ组排卵率为137.92%,试验Ⅱ组比对照组排卵率提高34.00%,差异极显著(P0.01)。结论]2种甾体抗原均可以提高甘肃高山细毛羊的排卵率。

Effects of Two Kinds of Steroid Antigens on the Reproduction Rate of Alpine Fine-wool Sheep in Gansu Province |

| Abstract: | Objective] To observe the effects of two kinds of steroid antigens on the reproduction rate of alpine fine-wool sheep in Gansu Prov-ince.Method] In Sunan County of Zhangye City in Gansu Province and Tianzhu County in Wuwei City, effects of two kinds of steroid anti-gens on the reproduction rate of alpine fine-wool sheep in Gansu Province were researched.Result] Ovulation rate of alpine fine-wool sheep in Sunan County was 168.00% in test group; ovulation rate was 108.62% in control group.Thus, the ovulation rate in test group enhanced by 59.38% in control group, showing extremely significant differences (P <0.01).Ovulation rate in test group Ⅰ in Tianzhu County was 158.97%; the ovulation rate was 103.92% in control group.Thus, the ovulation rate in test group Ⅰ enhanced by 55.05% compared with control group, showing extremely significant differences ( P <0.01).Ovulation rate of test group Ⅱ was 137.92%, which enhanced by 34.00% compared with test group Ⅱ and showed extremely significant differences (P <0.01).Conclusion] The two steroid antigens can both enhance the ovulation rate of alpine fine-wool sheep in Gansu Province. |
