摘    要:慕课是云计算和大数据在教育领域的具体应用和重要体现,它的出现对传统的高等教育产生了巨大挑战和深远影响。食品化学实验课程是加强学生内化理论知识,提高实验素养和培养创新能力的重要途径。笔者针对当前食品化学实验课程教学现状及存在问题,从教学内容优化、网上教学资源建设、课堂互动教学及课后反馈评价等方面,探讨了如何利用慕课这一新兴教学方式更好地改进食品化学实验课程教学的措施。

Abstract:MOOC phenomena is a concrete application and embodiment of cloud computing and mass data in the education field. It has brought great challenges and profound influences on traditional higher education. Food chemistry experiment is a vital pathway for the under-graduates to internalize their theoretical knowledge, improve experimental competence and train innovative ability. Aiming at the current situa-tions and problems in teaching of food chemistry experiment, some reforming measures are put forward with the aim of improving the teaching quality of food chemistry experiment, including optimizing the content of courses, constructing online teaching materials, classroom interactive teaching and feedback evaluation after class.
