禾谷镰刀菌菌落角变的观察

摘    要: 引起小麦赤霉病的禾谷镰刀菌(Fusarium graminearum Schw.)在PDA平板上可产生菌落角变。角变菌落有扇形、半月形及放射形等多种,角变率为4.3-11.4%,平均8.1%,扇形的角变菌落特征一般为深苋红色,气生菌丝很少或没有。经连续移植后,角变菌落也不稳定,并较亲本菌落生长速度慢,分生孢子和子囊壳产生能力下降或丧失,对小麦寄主的致病力减弱。在连续移植过程中,角变菌株陆续恢复为亲本性状。

Abstract:Sectoring in Fusarium graminearum Schw.causing wheat scab cultured onPDA was studied.The frequency of sectors formed on FDA was 4.3-11.4%,with an average of 8.1%.All sectors were observed to be variable after being successively transfered.Comparing with their corresponding parent cultures,sectorial variants were characterized by less or no aerial mycelia,deeper amaranth on the substratum,slower growth of mycelia,less production of conidia and perithecia,and weaker virulence to wheat spikes.
