| 摘 要： | 采用蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术,研究4种洗洁精的细胞遗传学效应。结果表明,处理组细胞中出现了多种染色体异常。洗洁精均可诱导微核的产生,处理组微核率明显高于对照组,4种洗洁精毒性大小排列如下:LB>CH>QQ>DP。经不同含量洗洁精处理后微核率和有丝分裂指数与对照差异显著。在一定含量范围内,微核率随洗洁精含量的升高而提高,达到一定含量后,微核率反而有下降的趋势。低含量洗洁精可促进蚕豆根尖细胞有丝分裂,高含量洗洁精抑制有丝分裂。

| Abstract: | The cytogenetic damage of Vcia faba caused by four detergents were studied by micronulei test technique. The results showed that detergents caused mieronuelei and chromosome aberration. Micronucleus frequencies (MNF) of V.faba root tips of the four test groups were significantly higher than those of control groups.
