摘    要:试验研究了 2种代用基质与施肥浓度对西姆比兰幼苗的影响 .结果表明 ,与新鲜水藓 (SP)相比 ,花生壳 +沙 (PH S =1 1)的总孔隙度和空气含量较高 ,持水量较低 .在 2种基质上的叶面积增长速率 (% )、叶绿素、植株鲜重和光合速率随施肥量的变化而变化 .当N素浓度为 2 2 2 75mg·L-1时 (折算成硫酸钾复合肥 1 4 9g·L-1)时 ,SP基质的西姆比兰的光合速率 (Pr)最大 .PH S基质的N素浓度为 180mg·L-1,即 1 2 3g·L-1硫酸钾复合肥时Pr最大 .PH S基质上每枝花箭上的小花数量以N P2 O5 K2 O =10 30 2 0处理为最大 ,N P2 O5 K2 O =0 2 3 2 9最小 ,各处理间的差异达显著水平 .SP基质上不同N P2 O5 K2 O比例处理也达显著水平 ,以N P2 O5 K2 O =10 30 2 0处理最大

Abstract:Effects of two media and fertilizer levels on the growth of Cymbidium hybridium were studied. Re suits demonstrated that peanut-hull mixed sand (abbreviated as PH/S= 1/1 ) medium had higher total porosity and larger air space and lower water holding capacity in comparison with sphagnum (abbreviated as SP) medium. Leaf growth rate, chlorophyll contents, fresh weight and photosynthetic rate change along with the changes of nitrogen concentrations of both SP and PH/S media. According to the investigation, when the nitrogen concentration was 222.75 mg@ L-1, the photosynthetic rate of SP-medium reached the highest. The practical nitrogen content was 180.00 mg@ L-1 for PH/S medium. The maximum of flower quantity (number per spike) was gotten by treating of N/P2O5/K20 = 10/30/20 on PH/S medium, and N/P205/K20 = 0/23/29 treatment was the lowest on PH/S medi um. The differences in small flowers, stem length and flower quantity among the two media and the three fertiliza tion methods reached significant at 0.05 level, respectively.
