摘    要:以钝裂银莲花(Anemone obtusiloba)的萼片为提取材料,选取料液质量浓度、pH、提取时间、提取温度4个因素,以钝裂银莲花花色素提取液的吸光值为响应面,对钝裂银莲花花色素的提取条件进行优化,用四舍五入法确定了钝裂银莲花花色素提取的最佳工艺为:料液质量浓度70g·mL~(-1),pH 3.8,提取温度61℃,提取时间87min,在此条件下,钝裂银莲花花色素提取液的吸光值可达最佳,为0.154 5。

Abstract:In this study,we used the sepals of Anemone obtusiloba as experimental material for extraction of anthocyanidin using response surface methodology.Four factors were selected in this experiment: the material liquid mass concentration,pH,extraction time,and extraction temperature.We selected the light absorption value of the anthocyanidin of A.obtusiloba as a response surface to optimize the extraction conditions of anthocyanidin.Our results confirmed that the most efficient extraction of anthocyanidin was achieved under the following conditions: a material liquid mass concentration of 70 g·mL-1,an extraction temperature of 61 ℃,an extraction time of 87 min,and pH 3.8.Under these conditions,we conclude that the best light absorption value of A.obtusiloba is 0.154 5.
