构建农民工社会保障制度的研究

从农民工社会保障制度现状出发,分析了农民工社会保障权缺失的原因,并从分层分类完善农民工社会保障制度和创造适合农民工特点的社会保障形式等方面提出了构建农民工社会保障制度的对策。

Study on the Construction of Social Security System for Peasant Labors

The key to construct harmonious socialist society was to speed up the establishment of social security system adapting to peasant labor characteristics. At present, the development of social security systems for peasant labors in China was relatively lagged behind with low security level and imperfect safeguard mechanism. Its reasons were various but mainly the reason of system and judicature. Therefore, social security systems of peasant labors should be established and perfected, which was helpful to the harmonious and stable society, to solve the three agriculture problems and to accelerate the urbanization in China. The principle of "lamination classification, low standard, broad cover, may switch through and sustainable" should be persisted in the construction of social security systems for peasant labors. Practical and feasible social security form should be created to accelerate to solve to social security problems of peasant labors. In a sense, it was a touchstone for examining the justice and harmonious of socialist society.
