| 摘 要： | 农业是规模经济性较强的产业,农业企业要做大做强必须有大规模的资金投入量。从目前我国农业上市公司在资本市场融资的情况看,全部通过发行股票融资,没有发行具有较强融资优势的可转债。就我国农业上市公司发行可转债的难点进行了简要分析。

| Abstract: | Agriculture is of economical scale industry.Agricultural enterprises have to invest large-scale capital to make itself stronger.Almost all agricultural limited corporations in our country shares the financing and without convertible bonds.In this article the difficulties that our agricultural limited corporations issue convertible bonds was briefly analyzed. |
