替米考星防控怀孕母猪蓝耳病的效果

本研究在广东茂名某猪场选取20头PRRSV阳性带毒的怀孕母猪进行替米考星对PRRSV阳性带毒的效果试验，主要结果如下：用药后40%~60%猪只血液RT-PCR结果由阳性转为阴性，仔猪断乳时RT-PCR结果为阴性且具有抗体保护力。断乳仔猪抗体水平与用药前相比差异显著（P<0.05）。从母猪的生产数据来看，用药组仔猪存活率极显著高于对照组（P＜0.01）。表明，在母猪产前投喂替米考星能减缓仔猪断乳前因为感染PRRSV造成死亡和增重缓慢的情况。

Effect of Tilmicosin in prevention and control of PRRS for pregnant sows

This study selected a pig farms in guangdong maoming pregnant sows which are divided into 20 head PRRSV positive poi-soned dose, 300 g/t, 600 g/t , 1000 g/t feed four groups and control group;The main contents and results of this study are as follows:The treatment group is 40%to 60%after medication the sow in the blood of RT-PCR results from positive to negative, and three drug weaned piglets RT-PCR results were negative and have PRRSV antibodies,n.Four groups of sows antibody level of the standard devia-tion of the medicine are less than that before medication less discrete degree;Four groups of antibody level of piglets exists significant difference (P<0.05);From the point of the production data of the sow, survival rate of 1, 2, 3 group were significantly higher than that of group 4, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).
