三明地区牛群疫病的流行病学调查

用ELISA方法对三明市2016年随机抽取的牛群血清样品进行检测，检测内容包括牛病毒性腹泻、牛白血病、牛传染性鼻气管炎、牛布鲁氏菌病。本次调查共检测样品204份。其中检测规模场7个，样品116份；检测散养户14个，样品88份。结果表明：检测牛病毒性腹泻病毒血清204份，检出阳性血清65份；检测牛白血病血清188份，检出阳性血清34份；检测牛传染性鼻气管炎血清184份，检出阳性血清64份；检测牛布鲁氏菌病血清204份，检出阳性血清0份。说明三明地区牛群存在多种疫病感染，应采取相应的防控措施。

Epidemiological survey on cattle diseases in Sanming city

Serum samples of cattle were detected in Sanming City by using ELISA. The items include the bovine viral diarrhoea, bovine leucosis, infectious bovine rhinotracheitis and brucellosis. About 204 samples were studied, including the 116 samples from the seven large scale cattle farms and the 88 samples from the 14 domestic families. The result showed: among the 204 serum samples of cattle which were detected for the bovine viral diarrhoea, there were 65 positive serum samples;among the 188 serum samples of cattle which were detected for the bovine leucosis, there were 34 positive serum samples;among the 184 serum samples of cattle which were detected for the infectious bovine rhinotracheitis, there were 64 positive serum samples; and all the 204 serum samples of cattle were negative. So the conclusion was made:the herds of cattle in Sanming geographic location have been infected by many different kinds of diseases, therefore, the relevantly effective prevention measures must be taken towards the current situation.
