摘    要:针对部分牧草种子存在硬实的问题,根据硬实种子的基本特征设计了种子处理碰撞机。通过一次回归正交试验,分析了影响处理效率的主次因素并找出了最佳参数组合。通过回归正交设计得到了以处理效率Y为试验目标的回归方程,运用方差分析可知该方程极显著(а=0.005)并且拟合较好。试验结果表明:转盘转速对处理效率影响极显著,幅板高度和转盘间隙对处理效率影响较小。

Abstract:Aimed at the problem of forage grass hard-seededness, the hard-seededness treatment hit-machine is designed by the major characteristics of forage grass hard-seededness. The effects on treatment efficiency were qualitatively summarized and evaluated. The major factor and best parameter combination is analysed by making a primary orthogonal regression test. The regression equation is found out based on orthogonal regression test, which is evidently(a=0.005). The results showed that the treatment efficiency of hit-machine is related to rotation speed of turnplate closely and is less related to ribs height and data between two turnplates of hit-machine.
