宁波农业技师与中国传统人工孵化技术东传——近代日本吸收中国农业技术的一个实例

19世纪70年代，刚经历了明治维新的日本，为加速经济发展，提高国内农业近代化水平，不惜花费重金雇佣外国专家赴日，指导技术改良和培养科技文化人才。在这一大环境下，一大批来自中国的优秀农业技师受雇赴日，指导日本的农业技术改良。宁波人陆亨瑞、仇金宝便是这一时期受雇赴日的中国农业技师，他们受日本驻上海总领事品川忠道推荐赴日，并成功地将当时处于世界领先水平的江南人工孵化技术传至日本，为日本家禽养殖的产业近代化作出了巨大贡献。
