| 摘 要： | 通过对民勤县样本农户退耕还林工程实施的典型调查和跟踪监测,摸清了民勤县退耕还林工程的实施情况。自1999年民勤县退耕还林工程试点实施至2007年,共累计完成建设任务1.92万hm2。工程建设质量达到了国家的检查验收标准,工程实施取得了显著的社会、经济和生态效益。建议在工程建设中注意扶持后续产业,加大林木和林地管护力度,加强对专项规划实施的监督和检查,确保退耕还林成果得到巩固。

| Abstract: | The implement of returning farmland to forest project was investigated and tracing monitored in Minqin County.The county totally completed construction area of 192 000 hm2 from 1999 to 2007.The engineering construction quality came up to the examination and acceptance standard in China,which achieved obvious social,economical and ecological benefits.The follow-up industry should be supported,the forest and woodland management,and the monitoring and checking of the special planning should be strengthened to ... |
