| 摘 要： | 整合相关组织及农业系统人力资源和从信息管理学的角度组织开发利用传播农业科技信息资源是构建农业科技推广网络体系过程中的重要内容。该研究通过海南省成功案例海南农业科技服务＂110＂的经验总结,提出如何从体制和机制上有效整合相关组织及农业系统人力资源的举措,使地区农业科技推广体系成为联结农业主管部门—农业科技研究者—农业科技推广者—农业科技应用者各个环节的平台,加快地区农业的发展。
