| 摘 要： | 集体林权制度改革以后对森林资源二类调查提出了新的要求:①调查数据的准确性要求更高;②保持分类经营成果,满足生态公益林要求;③满足以家庭为主的资源管理要求;④区分林地林木所有权.为此提出了加强队伍建设、调查成果数字化、采用多种技术手段、总体控制精度、树立为经营户服务的意识等应对措施.

| Abstract: | New requests for forest resource inventory,planning and design were put forward after the reform of collective forest property right system.They in detail included high accuracy of inventory data,achievement maintenance of systematic operation to satisfy requirement for non-commercial forest,meeting the demand of resource management mainly by households;distinguishing ownerships of forestland and woods.Therefore,countermeasures concerning strengthening contingent training,digitizing inventory outcome,multi-measure to generally control precision and the awareness of serving for the users were proposed. |
