| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨不同马铃薯品种在中国北方不同试点间淀粉、蛋白质及还原糖含量的变化规律。方法]以在西北综合性状表现良好的12个马铃薯新品（系）种为试验材料，种植在3个不同类型的生态区域，对参试品种产量、淀粉、蛋白质、还原糖含量进行测定和稳定性分析，探讨生态条件与马铃薯品质性状的关系。结果]马铃薯淀粉和还原糖含量与综合纬度呈显著正相关，蛋白质含量与综合纬度呈显著负相关。在定西、张掖、景泰3个试点间，参试品种品质性状相对稳定的有大西洋、夏波帝、克新17、内薯3号、新大坪。结论]为马铃薯品种合理布局及加工利用提供依据和参考。
