摘    要:采用二次通用旋转组合设计方法对原生质体融合菌株ZAUF_7的谷氨酸发酵培养基最佳组合进行了研究,建立了具有较好预测性能的培养基反应模型,并用实验数据验证了该模型的可靠性.利用该模型对培养基最优化组合的各种单因子要素的产量反应规律及交互作用进行了探讨.

Abstract:The optimization of glutamic acid fermentation medium on the fusant strains of ZAUF7 was studied by using a current,rotational and combinational design of quadratic regression inthis experiment.The mathmatic model of reaction on the media was built up, which was of highpredication and verified by the experimental data to be reliable. The reaction regiilarity and relationbetween the each factor in the best combination of medium and the output and the mutual effect ofdifferent factors were discussed by use of the mathmatic model.
