白灵菇菌丝体胞内与胞外多糖体外抗氧化活性研究

摘    要:采用Fenton法、邻苯三酚自氧化法、还原力的测定以及盐酸萘乙二胺比色法等几种实验方法研究了白灵菇菌丝体胞内与胞外多糖体外抗氧化活性。结果表明:白灵菇菌丝体胞内与胞外多糖提取物均具有较强的体外抗氧化性能,且随着多糖浓度的增大其抗氧化活性逐渐增强。对羟基自由基(·OH)的清除能力,胞内多糖优于胞外多糖;对超氧阴离子自由基(O2^-)的清除能力,当多糖浓度低于55μg/ml时,胞内多糖优于胞外多糖,当多糖浓度高于55μg/ml时,胞外多糖优于胞内多糖;在还原力抑制方面,胞内多糖优于胞外多糖;在对NO2^-清除方面,胞外多糖表现为最强。

Abstract:Antioxidant activity of the intracellular and extracellular polysaccharides from Pleurotus nebrodensis were measured by several experiments, including the Fenton method the pyrogallol self-oxidation method,reducing power measure and the Saltzman method of eliminating of NO2^- in mimic gastric juice. The results showed: the intracellular and extracellular polysaccharides extracted from Pleurotus nebrodensis all have strong antioxidant properties in vito. And with the concentration of polysaccharides increasing, its antioxidant activity gradually grow stronger. For the capacity of scavenging hydroxyl radical ( · OH), intracellular polysaccharides showed superior to extracellular polysaccharides. In the experiment of scavenging superoxide anion radical (O2^-), when the polysaccharide concentration was less than 55μg/ml, intracellular polysaccharide showed stronger, when polysaccharide concentrations was above 55μg/ml, the results was reverse. In the inhibition of the reducing power, the intracellular polysaccharide was stronger; In the NO2^-clearance, the extraeellular polysaecharide showed the strongest.
