| 摘 要： | 刑事和解制度不仅是当今西方国家重要的司法改革内容之一,而且在我国一些地方已经开始尝试,它以其成本低、效率高、效果好、稳定性强等特点备受世界各国刑事司法界青睐。刑事和解体现了对被害人、公共利益的保护,有利于加害人再社会化和节省司法资源。

| Abstract: | System of victim –offender mediation is not only one of the most contemporary of judicial reforms in the western world nowadays,but we also start trying this system in China.This system,featured of low cost,high efficiency,sound effect and the strong stability,has been popular in international judicial circles.Victim-offender mediation reflects the protection on the victims and the public interest,helps the offender resocialization and saves judicial resources. |
