联碱工业高浓度氨氮废水电渗析处理技术研究

摘    要:采用自来水对电渗析工艺参数进行优化试验,研究电渗析工艺处理联碱工业高浓度氨氮废水.结果发现,当电压为50 V、进水流量为25 L/h时,水样中导电率达到最佳;高浓度氨氮废水进水电导率为2 980 μ,s/cm,氨氮浓度为648.23 mg/L;出水室浓水和淡水各占总出水的14%和86%,浓水和淡水的电导率分别为15 000.0和12.1 μs/cm;氨氮含量分别为3400.0和11.5 mg/L.

United Alkali Industrial High Concentration of Ammonia Nitrogen Wastewater Electrodialysis Treatment Technology Research

Abstract:The electrodialysis technique parameters were optimized by using tap water.High concentration of ammonia nitrogen wastewater in united alkali industry was processed by electrodialysis.The conductivity is the best when voltage is 50 V,water flow is 25 L/h.The conductivity of ammonia nitrogen wastewater into the water is 2 980 μs/cm,ammonia nitrogen concentration is 648 23 mg/L.The water chamber concentrated water and fresh water accounted for 14% and 14%.Concentrated water and fresh water conductivity is 15 000.0 μs/cm and 12.1 μs/cm ; Ammonia nitrogen content is 3 400.0,and 11.5 mg/L.
