云南德宏梁河产区烟叶质量评价

[目的]评价分析云南德宏梁河产区烟叶质量,了解该产区的烟叶质量特色.[方法]通过对安徽中烟云南德宏梁河基地单元的烟叶外观质量、物理指标、化学成分、感官质量的评价,以系统地了解其质量风格特色.[结果]试验表明,云南德宏梁河烟叶的成熟度、叶片结构、油分、色度等各项指标符合标准规定,烟叶外观质量总体较好,上部、中部和下部烟叶外观质量得分分别为63.17、75.58和66.25分,3个部位的加权平均得分为69.53分.各项物理指标评价结果整体适宜,符合各部位烟叶物理特性.各部位化学成分评价得分为83.88分,烟碱含量上部叶整体适宜.上部烟叶糖碱比基本协调,中下部偏高.钾离子含量整体较高,氯含量较为适宜,钾氯比适宜.香型为较典型的清香型,香气质较好,香气量较充足,烟气浓度及劲头中等,杂气小,余味干净舒适.[结论]研究可为云南德宏梁河烟叶产区的品种筛选、栽培措施调整、烟叶采购、加工复烤、配方使用提供相应参考依据.

Quality Evaluation of Tobacco Leaf Produced from Lianghe in Dehong of Yunman Province

[Objective] To evaluate quality of tobacco leaf produced from Lianghe in Dehong of Yunnan Province,and understand the features of the tobacco leaf quality.[Method] In order to understand its unique quality style,tobacco leaf produced from Lianghe in Dehong of Yunnan Province was evaluated from appearance quality,physical indicators,chemical composition and sensory quality.[Result] The results showed that Lianghe tobacco leaf has required maturity,leaf structure,oil content and color.Leaf overall appearance quality was relatively good,the scores of upper,middle and lower position leaves were 63.17,75.58 and 66.25,respectively,weighted average score of three position leaves was 69.53.The overall physical indicators were appropriate and met the physical character requirements of various positions.The overall score of chemical compositions was 83.88 for all position leaves.The upper position leaf had appropriate nicotine content and balanced sugar alkaline ratio,while sugar alkaline ratio of middle and lower position leaves was relatively high.The leaf had high potassium and low chlorine contents,potassium and chlorine ratio was appropriate.It had typical light aroma style,good aroma quality,abundant flavor,moderate strength,little odd smell,clean and comfortablc after taste.[Conclusion] The study can provide corresponding reference basis for variety screening,cultivation measures adjustment,tobacco leaf purchasing,processing redrying,formula utilization in Yunnan,Dehong,Lianghe tobacco producing area.
